Hello, fellow food lovers! I'm Pheh Sze, but you can just call me PS (to make your life easier!). I'm originally from Penang, Malaysia - the food capital of Malaysia and also known as the 'Food Paradise of Asia'. After graduating from the UK, I've moved to Australia, a country I'd never stepped foot in before. It's funny how food has this power to bring people together, no matter where you are in the world.
Every new place I've lived, I've found that food is my bridge to connect with new friends and fellow food enthusiasts. Now, I'm on a mission to share the flavours, stories and experiences of my home country with you. I can't wait to take you on this journey through Malaysia where you'll understand It’s a place where food isn’t just fuel – it’s an experience, a journey that connects people, cultures, and memories
