Celebrate the fusion of Taiwanese heritage and Japanese influence in this hands-on workshop that offers an immersive look at a 90s immigrant success story and the culinary evolution of Taiwanese food culture. Your experience begins with a traditional tea ceremony and a refreshing welcome drink before you dive into the craft of preparing a range of authentic Taiwanese and Japanese dishes.
Under the expert guidance of Cristina, you will assemble your own gourmet bento box to enjoy at our communal dining table, with plenty of your hard work left to take home. This session promises a nostalgic and educational vibe, blending personal history with the joy of communal cooking.
